Gypsy punk from NYC

I you haven’t heard of Gogol Bordello by summer’s beginning, just wait until its end. The gypsy punk band are poised to make their mark. I saw them on telly and thought thank fuck, the day hadn’t been a complete waste.
“The gypsy culture is essentially the master, authentic street culture. It was multilingual, mutli-skilled people who didn’t have to go through the prescribed systems of education and pick a career. It’s basically what people are trying to become now” – Eugene Hutz
Wikipedia has a spot on the turn, if you wanna know some more. If you’re feeling frisky, as I hope you do, go get some.
